Terms and Conditions

Labor: there are no refunds on labor. If there is any issue with the installation performed by our personnel, please contact us within 7 days of the installation completion and we will take care of any issue. River City Lock & Key does not manufacture any of the hardware supplied. If a warranty claim is needed on parts, please contact the manufacturer. If you have any issues with accessing the manufacturer you can call us, and we will see if we can help facilitate a warranty claim. Warranty claims do not cover labor and service call.

Parts: In-Stock parts, products, and hardware are non-refundable once they leave our shop.

If you have any problems with keys not working that we copied, please bring the original key and all the copies we made and we will correct the issue.

For special order parts (Not In Stock Items) that need to be ordered on behalf of the customer, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required for the order. Depending if the ordered parts or components are supplied by In-Country or Out of the country vendors, the items may take up to 10 weeks to arrive. Once the ordered items arrive to our shop, we will contact you to arrange pick up and payment of the remaining balance on the order. We do not deliver parts. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make arrangements to pick up ordered merchandise, once they are informed of their arrival. If the ordered merchandise has not been picked up from our shop after 90 days (or another arrangement made and agreed upon), we will no longer be responsible for the ordered parts after the 90-day period. If the ordered parts are included in an estimate, a non-refundable 50% deposit of the estimate total is due at time of acceptance. Once parts arrive, the customer will be contacted to set up an installation date. The remaining balance of estimate (including labor) will be due at time of service. If the customer is not ready for installation at the time of parts arrival, it will be up to the customer to schedule service when ready, not later than 90 days after.

Fort Knox Safes and Components: Fort Knox has a Lifetime Warranty on all products and components. However, Fort Knox is responsible for any warranty on their products and must be contacted directly by the buyer. Should the fulfilment of any Fort Knox warranty require any labor on our part it will be charged at the standard labor rate. For Fort Knox warranty, they can be contacted at:
